Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore invites applications for an AVP role to lead digital HR transformation across the organization. You will drive smarter, simpler HR experiences through modern platforms, data and automation while keeping employee needs at the centre.

You will own Workday HCM, oversee integrations and AI-enabled improvements, and build advanced analytics to inform talent decisions. Success relies on cross‑functional partnership across HR, risk, technology and governance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on Workday ecosystem management.
• Experience in banking or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and security.
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI-enabled integrations.
• Delivery and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize core HR digital platforms (Workday HCM).
• Design and deploy integrations using Workday Extend and EIB.
• Identify and pilot AI-enabled automation to improve HR service delivery.
• Develop advanced reporting and talent analytics.
• Lead change enablement and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance.
