Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks an experienced Data Analytics & AI Solutions Lead to drive the Compliance Innovation agenda. You will design and validate PoCs, then scale successful AI and analytics workflows to production, ensuring governance and regulatory alignment.

You bring 5+ years in data analytics/ML, hands-on with LLMs, and strong Python/SQL skills. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in data analytics, ML, and AI solution development, incl. at least 1 year with LLMs/Generative AI.
• Experience in financial crime risk surveillance or compliance analytics is preferred.
• Strong Python and SQL, ability to transform large datasets into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Compliance Innovation roadmap, align analytics/AI initiatives with business priorities.
• Design, develop, validate PoCs for data analytics and AI, test for feasibility and business value.
• Scale PoCs into production analytics pipelines and ML workflows with governance.
