Job summary

Empower Partners Singapore is seeking an AVP, Human Resources Business Partner in Singapore. This newly created role offers direct exposure to senior business leaders and a chance to shape the HRBP agenda with commercially practical people solutions.

You will partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent, succession and employee engagement, and support growth, transformation and change initiatives in a fintech/financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related discipline required.
• 8-12 years HR experience including HR business partnering.
• Experience in fintech/financial services or fast-paced commercial environment preferred.
• Proven ability to partner and influence senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, solutions oriented and able to challenge constructively.
• Strong experience across talent, organisational change, workforce planning and employee relations.

• Proven ability to partner and influence senior stakeholders
• Commercially minded, solutions oriented and comfortable challenging constructively
• Strong experience across talent, organisational change, workforce planning and employee relations
• Hands-on, adaptable and able to operate effectively in an evolving environment
• Strong communication, judgement and stakeholder management skills
