Job summary

You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and drive recruitment initiatives across APAC, ensuring a professional candidate experience and alignment with Jet Aviation values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruitment, staffing, or similar role.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and proactive sourcing.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and recruitment process skills.
• Experience using recruitment tech like ATS (SuccessFactors/SmartRecruiters) and LinkedIn.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, fast-paced, time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-to-end recruitment for crew staffing and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines of pilots, cabin attendants, aviation professionals, and corporate talent.
• Manage high volume of requisitions with strong documentation and communication.
• Develop understanding of Jet Aviation's business and stakeholders.
