Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Singapore seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment across APAC, including graduate, intern, and apprentice programs. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering market insights and data-driven recommendations to hiring managers and leaders.

You will build strategic partnerships with universities and providers, champion inclusive hiring, and use analytics to improve workforce planning and employer branding across the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, RPO, Executive Search, or Workforce Planning.
• Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple job families and levels.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted talent advisor.
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence capability.
• Experience recruiting within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, technical, or professional services.
• Experience leading or supporting graduate, intern, or early careers programs.
• Proven ability to build external partnerships with educational institutions and industry groups.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and labour market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across APAC.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor with market insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead APAC Early Careers programs including graduate, internship, and apprenticeship recruitment.
• Build partnerships with universities, training providers, industry associations, and communities.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Use recruitment analytics to drive continuous improvement and workforce planning.
