Fokker Services Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to manage a portfolio of aviation customer accounts, including airlines, governments and traders.

You will handle the end-to-end order process for Spares, Exchange and Repairs, ensuring on-time delivery at the right price within our Singapore team. You will report to the Customer Support Lead and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Program Management to resolve issues, provide quotes, monitor satisfaction and drive

Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma Holder.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Customer-oriented with commercial drive and a problem-solving mindset.
• Commercially savvy and understands customer needs.
• Flexible attitude and can perform under pressure in stressful situations.
• Works well both independently and in a team.
• Change energizes you, and you are creative.
• Good analytical skills with practical solution focus.

Responsabilités

• Manage tail-to-end order process for Spares (primarily), Exchange, and Repairs.
• Operationally manage customer accounts.
• Address ongoing issues on key accounts and propose improvements.
• Monthly report on key customer accounts: communicate order status and performance.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction.
• Share quotes with the customer and manage their status.
• Warranty handling and warranty claim settlement.
• Follow up on and coordinate customer questions and complaints.
• Respond to supply and demand on the aviation trade market, spot new business and build transactional opportunities.
