Job summary

Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous Spare Parts Controller to assist in checking the availability of aircraft components and consumables. The role involves ordering, monitoring ad-hoc requirements, and updating shortage lists while coordinating with engineers on spares availability.

You will handle credit backs for unused spares, perform installation/dismantling activities on SAP, and manage 3rd party spares inventory, ensuring clear communication with the Customer

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English communication is required.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
• Shift work capability is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in checking aircraft components and consumables availability.
• Order and monitor ad-hoc aircraft components and consumables.
• Update Daily Spares Shortage list and track task completion.
• Communicate with Engineers on spares availability.
• Perform credit back of unused spares.
• Perform installation/dismantling of aircraft components on SAP.
• Manage 3rd party spares inventory.
• Communicate with Customer Support team when required.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Executive.
