Job summary

Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated team member to support spares inventory and aircraft component availability. You will liaise with engineers and customer support, update shortage lists, and perform SAP-based installation/dismantling tasks.

The role requires a Higher Nitec in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shift duties. SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• Good communication in written and spoken English.
• Able to work in dynamic and fast-moving environment.
• SAP experience preferred; shift work required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in checking of aircraft components and consumables availability.
• Ordering and monitoring of ad-hoc aircraft components and consumables required.
• Updating Daily Spares Shortage list and track task completion
• Communicate with Engineers on spares availability
• Performing credit back of unused spares
• Perform installation/dismantling of aircraft components on SAP
• Managing 3rd party spares inventory
• Communicate with Customer Support team when required.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Executive.
