Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of managed services and digital transformation for aviation customers across the APAC region. You will ensure service excellence, governance, and successful delivery of technology services across strategic aviation accounts.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing enterprise managed services and IT service delivery in aviation.
Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management (Incidents, Problems, Changes, Release, Capacity, Availability, SLAs).
Experience delivering 24x7 production support, AMS or managed services.
Experience transitioning projects into BAU and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end service delivery for strategic aviation accounts with SLAs and KPIs.
Manage day-to-day operations, incidents, problems, changes and continuity.
Drive governance and continual service improvement across engagements.
Lead regional onsite and offshore service delivery teams and stakeholders.
Coordinate executive reviews, escalations and customer satisfaction initiatives.
