Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd seeks a Practice Lead (Managed Services) to establish and grow the Managed Services practice in APAC, driving offerings, solution capabilities, and delivery models while supporting business development and customer engagements.

The role will work with sales, delivery, and solution teams to position and deliver AMS, IMS, and Cloud Managed Services to enterprise clients, focusing on practice development, governance, and scalable service delivery models.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT services, managed services, or IT operations.
• Experience designing service delivery models and SLAs.
• Exposure to offshore delivery models and global service operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and solution consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Practice Development: Build and develop the Managed Services practice including service offerings, frameworks, and delivery models.
• Solution and Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical and operational expertise during client discussions, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Client Engagement: Engage enterprise clients to understand IT operations challenges and outsourcing needs; advise on IT service transformation and automation.
• Practice Growth: Identify opportunities to expand Managed Services offerings across industries and support account growth.
