Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking an AV Support Officer to provide technical AV assistance for lessons, exams, meetings, and events. You will set up facilities, operate live streaming and video-conferencing, and maintain AV equipment while coordinating with ICT for procurement and project oversight.

The role requires a diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of AV support experience, preferably in a school environment, with strong multitasking and teamwork skills.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years’ AV support experience, preferably in a school environment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting AV equipment including visualisers, projectors, speakers, mixers, switchers and auditorium sound systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver AV and multimedia support for lessons, exams, meetings, and events.
• Set up and operate AV facilities, live streaming, and video-conferencing systems to support school activities.
• Service, repair, and maintain AV equipment; manage asset loans and inventory checks.
• Train staff and students on effective use of AV facilities.
• Advise on AV equipment purchases by evaluating needs with ICT team on procurement and cost management.
• Manage AV facility projects by coordinating with vendors to meet school requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PA systems and related equipment promptly.

Job Summary

Provide technical AV support and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of lessons, exams, meetings, and events, while managing AV projects and training users to optimize facility use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AV and multimedia support for lessons, exams, meetings, and school events to ensure seamless audio-visual experiences
• Set up and operate AV facilities, live streaming, and video-conferencing systems to support various school activities
• Service, repair, and maintain AV equipment to ensure reliability and manage asset loans and inventory checks
• Train staff and students on effective use of AV facilities to enhance user competence and confidence
• Advise on AV equipment purchases by evaluating needs and collaborating with the ICT team on procurement and cost management
• Manage AV facility projects by coordinating with vendors and overseeing project progress to meet school requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PA systems, media studios, and other AV-related equipment promptly

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an AV support officer or equivalent role, preferably in a school environment
• Proficient in troubleshooting visualisers, projectors, speakers, mixers, switchers, and auditorium sound systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience supporting live streaming, video-conferencing, and concert hall events (client references required)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines

Working Hours:

Mon–Thu 7:15am–4:45pm, Fri 7:15am–4:15pm (1hr lunch included).
