Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an AV/Multimedia Support Officer to provide hands-on technical support for lessons, meetings, events and examinations.

You will set up and operate equipment, assist with live streaming and video conferencing, and offer technical advice on AV/Multimedia software. Responsibilities include staff and student training, servicing and basic repairs, asset management, and coordinating projects with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience as an AV Support Officer or equivalent, preferably in a school environment.
• Good knowledge of AV equipment, including projectors, visualisers, speakers, mixers, switchers and control panels.
• Able to troubleshoot AV systems and provide technical support.
• Experience in live streaming and video conferencing is preferred.
• Good computer and IT skills.
• Experience in managing AV equipment for school events, functions and projects is preferred.
• Experience in equipment maintenance, asset management and user training is preferred.
• Experience supporting live performances in concert halls is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, diligent, independent and willing to learn.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
