Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking an AV/M multimedia support specialist to ensure smooth operations for lessons, meetings, exams and school events. You will set up and operate AV gear, assist with live streaming and video conferencing, and provide training to staff and students.

You will troubleshoot equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate with ICT teams and vendors on AV-related projects. This is a 1-year contract with potential extension, based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of AV support experience.
• Experience in live streaming and events is advantageous.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide AV/multimedia technical support for lessons, meetings, exams, CCAs and school events.
• Set up and operate AV equipment, PA systems, projectors, visualisers and sound systems.
• Support live streaming and video conferencing.
• Troubleshoot and maintain AV/multimedia equipment and manage equipment inventory.
• Support AV equipment procurement, servicing and replacement.
• Provide basic training to staff and students on AV equipment.
• Coordinate with ICT teams, vendors and school stakeholders on AV-related projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in AV support, preferably in a school environment.
• Knowledge of AV equipment, sound systems and multimedia technology.
• Experience in live streaming, video conferencing and event support is advantageous.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend 6 months) Jan 2027 to Dec 2027

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:15am to 4:45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:15am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
The candidate might be required to work beyond these hours on certain
days and sometimes even on Saturdays and Sundays. In such cases,
the candidate will be compensated with off-in-lieu.
