Job summary

Cogent Automotive Logistics Pte Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Officer to manage day-to-day operations, process shipping documentation, and deliver proactive support to clients and partners across the automotive logistics chain.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent in logistics or related field, at least 1 year of customer service/order processing experience, and strong communication skills. TradeNet knowledge is a plus, with typical work hours Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or order processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Competent with TradeNet is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fulfilment of customers’ order
• Resolve deficiencies such as customers’ complaints with corrective and preventive actions
• Identify problems and deficiencies in the services and rectify the issues faced
• Perform invoicing and ensure customers are billed timely and accurately
• Perform shipping documentation and process import/export documents
• Raise reports on non-conforming services/events and recommend corrective actions for management approval
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
