Job summary

Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Officer for SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd to deliver exceptional support to clients through the land freight process.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate trucking and documentation, liaise with operations and third-parties, and ensure on-time updates and accurate billing as part of a busy logistics team in Singapore. This role offers Monday to Friday hours with company transport and subsidies as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles in logistics/transportation.
• Knowledge of land freight operations and customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and liaise with customers to capture job requirements.
• Perform trucking job creation and coordinate with Operations for execution.
• Monitor jobs and provide timely shipment updates and invoicing support.
• Maintain relationships with customers and coordinate with third parties.
