Job summary

Business Edge Personnel Services Pte Ltd is hiring an Operations Assistant – Logistics / Automotive for the Tuas location. The role involves handling logistics administration, coordinating with customers, and updating the warehouse management system.

You will prepare shipping documents and manage import/export declarations, while coordinating vehicle movement between port and warehouse. The ideal candidate has logistics/operations experience, a valid Class 3 driving licence, and familiarity with

Qualifications

Experience in logistics / operations / customer service preferred.
Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence – COMPULSORY.
Confident hands-on driver and physically fit to move vehicles within the operation.
WMS/MS Office knowledge; customs declaration experience is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Handle daily logistics administration, customer coordination and WMS updates.
Prepare shipping documents, permits, import/export and customs declarations.
Coordinate vehicle delivery, collection and movement between port/warehouse.
Maintain inventory records, conduct cycle counts/stocktakes and prepare reports.
Support billing, documentation, ISO/SOP and general warehouse operations.
