Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in cloud, AI or automotive industries.
• Strong communication skills and sales capabilities; willing to secure resources and develop solutions meeting customer needs and company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity Development & Business Conversion: identify and qualify opportunities and secure budgets.
• Bid Management & Solution Engagement: lead RFIs/RFPs and coordinate internal teams.
• Contract Negotiation & Closure: lead commercial negotiations and contract execution.
• Revenue & Payment Management: own project revenue and ensure timely payments.
• Project & Competitive Intelligence: track projects, requirements, and market trends.
• Industry Engagement & Ecosystem Development: represent ByteDance at events to build relationships.
