Job summary

DKSH Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer to deliver technical support, installation and after-sales services for advanced automation equipment. You will work to build strong customer relationships and drive service excellence across DKSH's Technology solutions portfolio.

You will install and commission equipment on-site, train customers on operation and maintenance, and provide timely post-sales support plus regular progress updates to your manager.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics engineering.
3–5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor/ SMT is preferred.
Hands-on with laser welders, laser marking, UV curing or X-ray systems.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site installation and commissioning of automation equipment.
Deliver training to customers on operation, setup and maintenance.
Provide after-sales technical support and service activities.
Conduct product applications testing to validate performance.
Maintain client relationships and report progress to management.
Perform administrative and coordination duties as required.
