Job summary

IOTALENTS PTE. LTD. seeks a Process Analyst to support a banking digitalisation and process transformation programme. You will partner with Business, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Control teams to document, improve, and digitalise existing processes.

Responsibilities include discovery sessions, current-state documentation, and building a reusable process repository. The role supports governance, controls, and future-state workflows in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in process analysis or business transformation.
• Experience working with Business and IT teams in a regulated environment.
• Ability to document current and future-state processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business and IT to understand, document, and improve banking processes.
• Conduct process discovery sessions across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Document current-state processes including steps, rules, roles, and controls.
• Build a structured process repository to support digitalisation.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, and automation.
• Assess processes across wealth management, AML/KYC, and back-office ops.
• Collaborate with Automation Engineers on automation opportunities.
