Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in business process analysis, process engineering, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for digital transformation and improvement.
• Map and document existing workflows, systems, and procedures using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
• Design and recommend optimised process solutions that leverage digital technologies and automation.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and digital initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Monitor process performance using KPIs and metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management highlighting findings, recommendations, and outcomes.
• Liaise between business teams and technical departments to facilitate effective communication and alignment.
• Participate in continuous improvement programmes and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Maintain documentation of processes, systems, and improvements for knowledge management and training purposes.
