Job summary
AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with extensive Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
The role bridges business stakeholders and technology teams to drive requirements gathering, solution design, system integrations, and delivery of digital banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will understand core banking processes and APIs, perform data analysis with SQL, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within Banking/Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of core banking functions ( CASA, deposits, loans & lending, payments, onboarding).
- Expertise in elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, functional specs, user stories, and process maps.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and tech teams to document requirements.
- Conduct workshops, gap analyses, and impact assessments.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Analyze current and future-state business processes.
- Work with architects, developers, and QA to translate requirements into solutions.
- Support API integrations, interfaces, and data mapping.
