• 5+ years in project management within fast‑paced environments.
• Hands‑on use of AI tools in real work and ability to discuss implementations.
• Ability to design processes and scalable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end‑to‑end from brief to delivery within scope, timeline, budget and quality.
• Brief, coordinate and quality‑check freelancers and partners; adjust freelance bench as needed.
• Develop AI‑assisted workflows, prompts, templates and automations for the team.
