Job summary

Klook is seeking a Content Designer / UX Writer to shape user-facing content across web and app experiences in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll translate complex product concepts into clear, actionable content, collaborate with PMs, designers, localization, and data teams, and help scale content with AI-enabled workflows.

Strong portfolio and Mandarin proficiency are essential, as is the ability to own projects end-to-end while maintaining tone and clarity across markets.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in UX writing or content design
• Strong portfolio of UX writing across digital products
• Excellent English writing and editing skills, clear and concise tone
• Mandarin proficiency to engage Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Write and design clear UX content across web and app experiences
• Collaborate with PMs and product designers from concept to launch
• Translate complex features and policies into simple content ideas
• Use data, user research, and feedback to inform decisions
• Plan copy testing and usability experiments to validate content
• Work with Localization to scale content across markets
• Work with AI tools to refine and scale content
• Contribute to content standards and processes
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and high craft
