Job summary

sandbox consulting pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Project/Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and data-driven technology initiatives in collaboration with Mediacorp stakeholders.

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive governance, and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery aligned with responsible AI principles and delivery standards. You will define scope, plan, and execute across use cases, proofs of concept, pilots, production rollout, and Operations transition,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
9+ years of experience in end-to-end technology or digital transformation projects.
Experience delivering AI or data/digital projects from concept to production is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum, including facilitating ceremonies.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, data requirements, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and milestones.
Lead end-to-end delivery from initiation to closure, including proof of concept, pilot, and production rollout.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners to monitor progress and ensure contractual deliverables.
Track progress against scope, schedule, and milestones, addressing data readiness and model delivery.
