Construct is seeking an ambitious Junior Art Director for the Singapore team. You’ll collaborate with senior creatives, writers, and strategists on real client work from day one. Fresh graduates are welcome; contribute to campaigns across digital, brand assets, and marketing programs while learning how AI enhances creativity.

Competenze

• Fresh graduates welcome; 0–1 year experience accepted.
• Diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication or Advertising, or equivalent.
• Portfolio required; show thinking over production value.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign).
• Strong storytelling capabilities and marketing sense.
• Great communication and ability to meet deadlines.
• Curiosity about AI in creative work and willingness to experiment.
• Open to feedback and fast learner.

Mansioni

• Support the development of creative concepts and visual directions across digital campaigns and brand assets.
• Create and refine layouts, graphics, social assets and storyboards; prepare presentation materials.
• Use AI tools to explore ideas, build mood and prototypes, and speed up production.
• Keep up with new creative AI tools and share findings with the team.
• Learn from senior creatives and understand the thinking behind the work.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across touchpoints.
• Participate in client reviews and internal critique sessions; apply feedback.
• Organise and document creative processes to improve workflows.
• Suggest ideas for continuous improvement.
