Elmwood Singapore seeks an experienced Account Manager to oversee day-to-day client relationships and projects within a hybrid Southeast Asia hub. You will translate client needs into clear briefs, manage timelines, budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver excellent results.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic thinking, and maintaining high client satisfaction while driving account growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in design/branding/marketing agencies in client servicing or PM roles.
• Background in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred.
• Strong understanding of brand and design processes from briefing to production.
• Excellent commercial acumen including pricing, budgets and profitability.
• Proficiency with PM and collaboration tools like ClickUp, Pitch and LucidLink.
• AI fluency and curiosity about leveraging AI in agency workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and projects.
• Translate client needs into briefs and ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Lead internal briefings, timelines and cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to meet goals.
