Job summary

Dell Technologies in Singapore is hiring an Associate Inside Sales Representative to join the NGSA program and learn the end-to-end sales process. You’ll develop technical product knowledge and customer engagement skills across our portfolio.

You will start in a structured academy for two to three years, then progress to an Inside Sales role with a quota, driving revenue through multi-channel conversations by phone, chat, web, or email.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Complete bachelor's degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English and local language.
• Willingness to relocate to Dell Hub locations.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities to drive revenue with customers.
• Engage with NGSA management, inside, field, renewals, and development teams.
• Participate in whiteboard/group contests and meet metrics expectations.
• Build relationships with customers to understand needs and drive outcomes.
• Support growth in data centres, generative AI, and digital infrastructure.
