Job summary

Dell Technologies in Singapore is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Representative to join our Next Generation Sales Academy (NGSA). You’ll receive premier training in technology and sales and learn how to qualify opportunities, advise customers on features, configurations, pricing and availability, and craft solutions over phone, chat, web or email.

During the two to three year program you’ll work with NGSA management and multiple sales teams, with a clear path to Inside Sales Representative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to relocate to Dell Technologies Hub locations.

Responsibilities

• Be immersed in the sales and technology industry by talking to and building relationships with customers as well as qualifying opportunities to drive company revenue.
• Have consistent engagement and collaboration with the NGSA management team, inside sales teams, field sales teams, renewals teams, and development team
• Participate in whiteboard competitions, group messaging competitions, and meet metrics expectations
• Have 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
• Eager to pursue a dynamic sales career, with a focus on driving growth and innovation within data centres, generative AI, and digital infrastructure.

Associate Inside Sales Representative

Responsible for a set of products and services, they get to know their portfolio inside and out. Our Inside Sales teams rely on them for technical advice during the sales process. What you’ll achieve

In the Next Generation Sales Academy (NGSA),you will engage in an intense program that will prepare you for long-term success within the Dell Technologies Sales organization. Over the course of two to three years, you will join our organization as an Associate Inside Sales Representative where you’ll receive premier training from both a technology and sales perspective. Next, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to an Inside Sales Representative, where you will carry a quota and run all aspects of a sales cycle. From there, you can take your career to the next level in outside field sales, sales management, or a specialty selling role. We often see those who are successful in this program having 2-3 jobs in your first three years, all with more responsibility, larger business contribution, and an increase in financial earnings.

You will:
