Job summary

DBS Bank in Singapore seeks an Associate Business Analyst for the Corporate Internet Banking Platform (CIBP) to support analysis, documentation, and delivery of digital banking capabilities across accounts, virtual accounts, loans, cards, wealth management, liquidity, and FX.

You will work with Product Owners, Senior BAs, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into functional specs, support Agile delivery, and ensure solutions meet customer needs across web and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of Business Analysis experience in banking, financial services, or tech.
Exposure to Corporate Internet Banking or Digital Banking platforms preferred.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specs.
Strong communication and agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements with stakeholders and product owners.
Document BRD, FSD, user stories, process flows, and business rules.
Support agile delivery: sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirements refinement.
Create and refine acceptance criteria and traceability documentation.
Assist with defining test scenarios and supporting UAT.
Ensure requirements are traceable and aligned across cross-domain teams (Accounts, Entitlements, Approvals, Notifications).
Collaborate with engineering to ensure clear understanding and implementation of requirements.
Support release planning and post-production issue analysis.
