Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking an Associate, Business Analyst within Institutional Banking Group Technology to collaborate with stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and bridge business with tech teams in an agile environment.

You will create BRD/FRS, write user stories with acceptance criteria, support UAT, and help drive process improvements while ensuring solutions deliver measurable value for the bank.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder discussions to understand processes and pain points.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Support solution design with architects, developers, and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
• Create BRD, FRS, user stories and acceptance criteria, process maps.
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
