Job summary

DBS Asia Hub in Singapore invites an Associate, Business Analyst for Institutional Banking Group Technology. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements and translate them into BRD/FRS, user stories, and process maps.

You will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, assist in UAT planning and defect tracking, drive process improvements, and support release activities to deliver measurable value for

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
• Domain knowledge in Banking/Finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into BRD/FRS, user stories, and process maps.
• Bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
