Lion Global Investors Limited seeks a creative events coordinator to plan and execute corporate events, launches and webinars across digital and onsite formats. You will coordinate timelines, vendors, venues and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences.

You will develop event content, design materials, manage social captions and post-event reporting, while contributing ideas for premium items and media engagement.

Formación

• Diploma/degree in graphic design, marketing, communications or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in event planning and management.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools and event engagement platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, launches, seminars and webinars.
• Manage timeline and logistics; liaise with vendors, venues and internal departments for smooth onsite operations.
• Create pre- and post-event social media captions; coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop content.
• Develop, design mock-ups and artworks and manage timelines for digital and print materials.
• Corporate premiums management from ideation to end-to-end production.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, reporting, photo archives and article consolidation.
• Coordinate media coverage and manage press events when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, launches, seminars and webinars
• Manage timeline and logistics, and liaise with vendors, venues and internal departments to ensure smooth onsite event operations including event photography, setup, teardown, communications, registration etc, and other planning or execution tasks as needed.
• Create pre- and post-event social media captions: coordinate with internal stakeholders including business development, digital and communication, regulatory compliance team etc. to develop content
• Develop, design mock-ups and artworks and manage timeline for digital and print materials including banners, brochures, invitations etc.
• Corporate premiums management including new ideas generation, inventory management and end-to-end production of premiums for Business Development team
• Conduct post-event evaluations and documentation including reporting, photo archives, and article consolidation
• Coordinate media coverage and manage press events when required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, communications or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in event planning and management
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe creative suite, Canva etc)
• Familiarity with event engagement tools (e.g. Pigeonhole, Mentimeter etc)
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated and collaborative team player
