Job summary

Pand.ai is hiring an Associate AI Solutions Consultant in Singapore. You will translate client problems for engineering and help shape demos, proposals, and security reviews across regulated industries.

You'll work with senior leadership on client engagements, growing into a senior solutioning role over 18-24 months, and contribute to designs across LLMs, RAG, agents, and conversational AI. English fluency is required; travel ~15% regionally.

Qualifications

• Built something with modern AI (LLM app, RAG prototype, agent, chatbot) and can discuss design choices.
• Strong communication with engineers and clients, able to translate problems.
• Fresh graduates welcomed with real AI project experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate between client problems and engineering in business terms.
• Help win new enterprise AI accounts through discovery, demos, proposals, and security reviews.
• Contribute to solution designs across LLMs, RAG, agents, and conversational AI; build POCs.
• Draft technical sections of proposals and RFP responses; iterate with leads.
• Join senior leadership in client calls, capture notes, and follow up.
