Job summary

Nomura Research Institute Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an AI Solution Architect (Forward Deployed, Management Consulting) based in Singapore to drive AI and digital transformation across Asia. You will turn management and operational challenges into concrete transformation scenarios using Agentic AI and lightweight mock-ups.

The role works directly with clients and with consulting teams to shape proposals, design solutions, and support implementation across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting firm or IT vendor environment.
• Knowledge of AI, digital transformation, and business process improvement.
• Ability to translate client problems into actionable concepts.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to understand management and operational challenges.
• Shape proposals, design solution concepts, and support implementation.
• Collaborate with Asia-based consultants, CoEs, and partners.
