Job summary

Pand.ai is hiring an Associate AI Solutions Consultant in Singapore. You will translate client problems for engineering and help shape demos, proposals, and security reviews across regulated industries.

You'll work with senior leadership on client engagements, growing into a senior solutioning role over 18-24 months, and contribute to designs across LLMs, RAG, agents, and conversational AI. English fluency is required; travel ~15% regionally.

Associate AI Solutions Consultant

Hybrid - ~15% regional travel

Pand.ai builds production AI for some of the largest banks and insurers in Southeast Asia - Allianz, Bangkok Bank, CIMB, Great Eastern an MSIG run systems we've designed. We're scaling our solutioning capacity to keep pace with growing enterprise demand across the region - this role is part of that build-out.

You'll work alongside senior leadership across client engagements, absorbing how we sell, scope, and architect, and progressively taking ownership until you're operating semi-autonomously on smaller deals. Over 18-24 months, you'll grow into a senior solutioning role.

What you'll do

• Translate between rooms - explain client problems to engineering in technical terms and engineering decisions to clients in business terms.
• Help us win new enterprise AI accounts by sharpening discovery, demos, proposals, and security reviews.
• Contribute to solution designs across LLMs, RAG, agents, and conversational AI. Build POCs with engineering.
• Draft the technical sections of proposals and RFP responses; iterate with senior solutioning leads until they're tight.
• Join senior leadership in client calls and engineering syncs. Capture notes, run follow-ups, contribute as you grow.

You're a fit if

• 0-2 years in solutions consulting, pre-sales, technical PM, AI engineering, management consulting, investment banking, or a client-facing technical role. Top consulting / IB / operator candidates particularly welcome.
• Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, or related. Strong fresh grads with a real AI project welcome.
• You've built something with modern AI (LLM app, RAG prototype, agent, chatbot) and can talk through your design choices. Python, REST APIs, and prompt engineering are tools you've used, not just read about.
• You can hold your own with engineers without being one, and with senior banking clients without being intimidated.
• You write clearly and synthesize fast. High agency - you don't need a defined process to know what to do.
• English fluent; Bahasa, Mandarin, Thai, or Vietnamese a strong plus.
