Job summary

ACEXCELLENT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Private Banking Operations Associate to support relationship managers with portfolio requests, KYC checks, and client onboarding for High Net Worth and corporate clients.

You will coordinate with product specialists and regional teams in Hong Kong and Mainland China, ensuring compliance with local standards and clear Mandarin communication to Greater China clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant private banking, wealth management operations, or client servicing experience.
• Fluent Mandarin to communicate with Greater China clients and internal teams.
• CMFAS modules completed or in progress (M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A) for Singapore advisory support.
• Strong analytical, KYC/compliance familiarity, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist RMs with daily portfolio requests and periodic reviews for HNW and corporate clients.
• Manage KYC checks and account opening documentation; cross-divisional administration.
• Coordinate order and trade execution with internal product specialists and asset management teams.

• Strong analytical capabilities, familiarity with KYC/compliance processes, and clear communication.
