Job summary

CGS INTERNATIONAL SECURITIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service professional to assist customers with online trading platforms, including desktop and mobile access.

The role involves guiding clients through account openings for retail, corporate and institutional segments and promoting our product offerings such as equities, CFDs, LFX and margin financing. Qualifications

• Troubleshoot desktop issues related to customers’ web browsers and operating systems.
• Service oriented with good communication skills and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Good team player and able to deliver within tight deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure, especially in intense situations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in roadshows and demonstrate online trading platforms for retail, corporate and institutional accounts.
• Introduce product promotions and offer knowledge on equities, CFDs, LFX, margin financing.
• Organise seminars/webinars to educate customers on platform features.
• Handle and escalate customer enquiries and feedback.
• Provide excellent service via phone and other channels.
• Adhere to service level targets and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in roadshows, conduct system demonstration on the use of our online trading and mobile platforms and assisting customers on the retail, corporate & institutional trading account opening.
• Be well-versed with our products offering such as equities, CFD, LFX, share margin financing and confidently introduce our product promotions to customers or prospects.
• Organise in-house seminars/ webinars and workshops to educate potential and existing customers on salient features of our platforms.
• Handle customer enquiries on their account and platform related issues.
• Handle and elevate clients’ feedback and complaints.
• Provide excellent service experience to external/internal customers through phone or other communication channels.
• Adhere to the service level targets, and any other duties as defined/assigned by Manager.
• Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

Skills

• Able to troubleshoot desktop issues relating to customers’ web browsers and operating systems (Apple OS and Microsoft).
• Service oriented with good communication skills and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
• Good team player and able to deliver within tight deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during intense situations.
• Interest in the financial markets would be an advantage.
• Not required but experience in a customer care division and handling of online customers would be an advantage.
• Minimum job entry is Diploma.
