NISHIO RENT ALL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the workshop, plan daily activities, allocate jobs, and monitor repairs to ensure on-time completion.

You will lead a team, uphold safety and quality standards, maintain records, manage inventory, and drive efficiency and cost control in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan daily workshop operations and allocate jobs to technicians
• Monitor workflows to ensure on-time repair and servicing completion
• Ensure work aligns with company standards and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain safe workspace and enforce safety policies
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot issues for workshop staff
• Log repair details, parts used, and labor hours accurately
• Supervise and train staff to improve technical skills and performance

1. Operations Management

• Scheduling: Plan daily workshop operations, allocate jobs, and manage manpower.
• Monitoring: Track workflows to ensure on-time completion of repairs and servicing.
• Quality: Meet company standards and manufacturer specifications for all work.

2. Safety & Compliance

• Environment: Maintain a safe workspace and enforce strict safety policies.
• Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and safety rules to prevent accidents.

3. Technical Support

• Guidance: Provide technical support and advice to workshop personnel.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical or operational issues and implement corrective actions.

4. Documentation

• Records: Log all repair details, parts used, and labor hours accurately.
• Audits: Maintain organized workshop files for audit and compliance checks.

5. Team Leadership

• Training: Supervise, train, and mentor staff to improve technical skills.
• Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews and recommend required training programs.
• Culture: Build teamwork, discipline, and a positive working environment.

6. Inventory Management

• Stock Control: Monitor stock levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Procurement: Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure material availability.
• Maintenance: Oversee the calibration and upkeep of tools and workshop machinery.

7. Cost Control

• Expenses: Monitor and control workshop operational costs and budgets.
• Efficiency: Optimize the use of manpower and material resources.
