Job summary

FABRISTEEL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations, inventory, receiving, storage and distribution, while guiding a team to meet daily targets and KPI performance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in warehousing/logistics, strong WMS/ERP knowledge (SAP, MS Dynamics 365 BC), and proven leadership to drive continuous improvement and ensure ISO, EHS, WSH, and 5S compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in SCM, Warehousing and Logistics required.
• 8+ years of field experience in warehousing/logistics mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics 365 BC).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory reporting.
• Proven leadership, planning, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory control, logistics coordination, ISO, WSH, EHS, and 5S requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Support audits and ensure ISO, EHS, WSH compliance.
• Provide operational backup for warehouse personnel.
• Participate in WSH, 5S, and CERT committee activities.
