The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a senior operations professional to lead a team supporting business, project & system management and to oversee day‑to‑day administration for Financial Representatives in our Singapore office.

You will oversee Salesforce lifecycle management, system access reviews, regulatory reporting, and end‑to‑end system solutioning. A strong background in process improvement and project management is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree is required in IT, Business, or Finance related studies.
• 8+ years in the insurance industry with managerial experience preferred.
• Experience in process improvement, project management, system implementation, and UAT.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic programming (Python/SQL/VBA) is desirable.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Salesforce administration including transfers, promotions, and changes to representative details.
• Manage system access reviews and department shared resources access.
• Lead regulatory reporting, risk and control self‑assessments and CRSA.
• Own system enablement projects and act as UAT manager with end‑to‑end deliverables.
• Drive process transformation, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
• Re-engineer end‑to‑end processes and explore automation to boost productivity.
• Collaborate on SOPs, process flows, and guidelines across stakeholders.
• Oversee data analytics and reporting on salesforce performance using Tableau.
