Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, Accountancy, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in accountancy, finance, or project management.
• Experience coordinating annual business planning cycles.
• Effective communicator who can collaborate across units and provide secretariat support.
• High ownership, accountability, and results orientation.
• Ability to evaluate proposals and develop target operating models aligned with group strategy.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist to facilitate the design and definition of corporate strategic priorities.
• Evaluate merger & acquisition opportunities and partnerships.
• Drive business initiative design/planning and prioritization.
• Coordinate annual business planning cycles.
• Secretarial support to management committees.
• Submit regular management reports to Board committees, MAS and rating agencies.
• Undertake additional duties as directed.
