The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a senior leader to head the Sales & Marketing function within Group Insurance (Agency & FAs), managing a team of Account Managers responsible for portfolio management, renewal retention, client servicing, and intermediary engagement.

You will provide leadership and coaching, oversee key relationships, handle escalations, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance performance, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Degree or relevant industry qualifications.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Group Insurance, Employee Benefits, or Account Management.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership potential through mentoring colleagues or leading projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve business, retention, service, and profitability targets.
• Provide technical guidance on Group Insurance products, renewal strategy, and account management practices.
• Mentor team members and support their professional development.
• Oversee portfolio management activities to ensure service standards and meeting objectives.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client and intermediary issues and ensure timely resolution.
