Job summary

NOVA-TECH MFG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Test Engineer to support daily semiconductor test operations, ensuring product quality and production targets.

You'll assist in test program setup, validation, and optimization for semiconductor devices. You will analyze test data, generate reports, support NPI and qualification activities, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Process Engineering to improve test efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–3 years in semiconductor testing, electronics manufacturing, or related industry.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor testing, test equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in semiconductor testing, IC testing or final test operations.
• Familiarity with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms and test methodologies.
• Willing to work in the East Region, Changi North Crescent.

Responsibilities
