Job summary

STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Test Engineer to develop test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF and Mixed Signal devices on ATE equipment, mainly Advantest 93K and Teradyne UltraFlex. You will collaborate with design and production teams to support first silicon debug and production release.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 2–4 years' relevant Test Engineering experience, hands-on ATE experience, and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Hands-on testing experience with ATE equipment.
• Knowledge of digital and analog electronics fundamentals.
• Experience with test program bring-up and production release.

Responsibilities

• Debug digital vectors and characterize devices across PVT.
• Characterize mixed-signal IP (ADC, DAC, PLL, etc.).
• Handle test program hand-off, production release, and yield improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.

Our client is a Semiconductor testing services to Major Semicon related MNCs. Our client is also one of the Top Ten Semiconductor in globally.

About the role

Test program development for Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal products on ATE (primarily on Advantest 93k - SmarTest 7, SmarTest 8 / Teradyne UFLEX). Work closely with the design engineers on the first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up and production release activities.

Key responsibilities

• Debug of digital vectors (JTAG/SCAN/ATPG / Functional / Mbist) and Device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature)

• Understanding and experience in characterization of Mixed Signal IP (ADC, DAC, PLL and etc.)

• Involve on test program hand off, production release, yield improvement and test time reduction

• High level of collaboration and interaction with different Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams

About you

• Graduates from Diploma/ Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience on the Test Engineering

• Hands on experience on Teradyne Ultra Flex or Advantest 93K ATE's

• Good Knowledge of analog and digital electronics

• Strong analytical and problem solving ability with desire to perform hands-on work within a lab environment

• Very strong verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently
