Job summary

TALENT SPOT GROUP PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Technician (Product Test / Yield Development) to join the Engineering Services team under the Product Development Group.

You will support engineering activities for product test/yield development, characterization, samples generation and Reliability qualification execution. You will also provide first level debug on rejects and assist with operational logistics.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates with NITEC or Diploma holders welcome.
• Basic knowledge on Electronics and Semiconductors.
• Understanding of semiconductor testing.
• General understanding of manufacturing/operations.
• Able to handle multiple tasks & changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good team player, pro-active, self-motivated, Independent, resourceful.
• Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) and skills in report generation.
• Flexible to work in staggered shifts as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute evaluation for test program or product qualification activities.
• Provide basic and higher technical level of debug via root cause analysis in resolving equipment related issues.
• Document test results and generate result and debug report timely.
• Liaise with manufacturing sites and planners to ensure flawless execution of Engineering Activities.
• Responsible submitting document to engineering lab for execution.
• Participate in process improvement projects and drive for efficiency and productivity improvement results.
