Job summary

GOAL SETTERZ BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production / Product Engineer for semiconductor testing in Singapore.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience with ETS testers or similar platforms and involves pre-sales discussions, equipment setup, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting. You will work on cross-functional projects, develop procedures, and provide technical guidance during system implementation and after installation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor testing or ATE environments.
• Hands-on experience with ETS testers or equivalent semiconductor test platforms.
• Experience with equipment setup, calibration, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to commit to a 2-year service agreement.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical discussions with customers to understand requirements and recommend equipment solutions.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to tailor analytical equipment and test solutions.
• Perform hands-on equipment setup, calibration, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose equipment and system issues and coordinate with engineering for root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate projects involving internal teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth execution of system design, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain procedures for equipment testing, assembly, inspection, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Standardize engineering processes and best practices.
• Provide technical support during implementation and post-installation and prepare project documentation.

Salary: Up to S$5,000 per month

Service Agreement: 2 Years – Mandatory

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Engineer with strong hands-on technical expertise in test systems and analytical equipment. The successful candidate will support pre-sales technical discussions, equipment setup and troubleshooting, project execution, and development of standardized engineering procedures.

Candidates should possess strong ETS tester experience or relevant hands-on experience with other semiconductor/ATE test platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical discussions with customers to understand technical and application requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.

• Gather and analyze customer requirements to support the customization of complex analytical equipment and test solutions.

• Perform hands-on equipment setup, installation, calibration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

• Diagnose equipment and system issues and work cross-functionally with engineering and other technical teams to identify and resolve root causes.

• Coordinate projects involving internal engineering teams, customers, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure smooth execution of system design, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive procedures for equipment testing, assembly, inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

• Standardize engineering processes and technical best practices.

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during system implementation and post-installation activities.

• Prepare and maintain relevant technical documentation, test reports, and project records.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of ETS testers or other semiconductor/ATE test platforms.

• Experience in equipment setup, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Good understanding of engineering problem-solving and root-cause analysis.

• Experience coordinating technical projects involving customers and engineering teams.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Must be willing to commit to a 2-year Service Agreement.

Salary

Up to S$5,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and technical expertise.

Service Agreement Requirement:

This is a permanent full-time position. However, due to the project requirements and continuity of the assignment, selected candidates are required to commit to a mandatory 2-year Service Agreement.
