Job summary

Beyondsoft International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a qualified HW Test Engineer to join our Singapore team.

You will handle data collection, test scheduling, setup debugging, execution, progress tracking and defect follow-up to ensure product reliability. The role emphasizes reliability test methodology, updating standards and documentation, and opportunities to drive automation and data analytics through test procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with EE test engineering, production processes, debugging and interpreting datasheets/tech docs.
• Soldering and failure analysis experience advantageous.
• Proficiency in engineering statistics and scripting languages such as Python or Visual C++ is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• HW Test Qualification: Data collection, test scheduling/setup debugging/execution/progress tracking and defect follow-up.
• Reliability Test Methodology: Test standards/documentation update.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
• Relevant industrial experience in EE test engineering, production process, debugging and datasheet/tech document interpretation
• Work independently , willing to learn and can work with cross-team stakeholders
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Soldering , failure analysis experience would be highly advantageous
• Proficiency in engineering statistics and scripting languages such as Python or Visual C++, would be highly advantageous.
