Job summary

An employment agency in Singapore is looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills for a customer service role. Responsibilities include managing the POS system, deploying staff, and preparing reports. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a front-line role, preferably in hospitality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with various payment modes are required. Flexibility in customer interactions, as well as willingness to work weekends, is essential.

Qualifications

  • Skilled in service delivery, problem resolution, and service recovery.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing of POS system.
  • Check and update briefing notes.
  • Activate and deploy up to 10 - 16 staff per day.
  • Arrange for training or other admin for new trainees.
  • Inventory check and update.
  • Daily summary report.
  • Daily gallery checks.
  • POS report checks (tally with Certis report).

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual
Proficient in Microsoft Office
