Job summary

VF Singapore Overseas Services PTE. LTD. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading all aspects of store operations, driving sales, profitability, customer experience, and talent development. This role acts as deputy to the Store Manager and assumes leadership in their absence.

Responsibilities include achieving KPIs, coaching associates, managing scheduling, and ensuring visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently executed across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O levels/SHATEC/NITEC or equivalent certification
• Minimum 4-5 years of retail experience
• At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant management position
• Proven experience leading retail teams and driving sales performance
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service
• Experience coaching and developing frontline associates

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving store sales, profitability, and productivity targets
• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results
• Lead the team in achieving individual and store sales goals
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop store associates
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with policies
