Qualifications

• 4–6 years of retail experience, including 3–4 years in a managerial role in Singapore fashion retail.
• Proven track record improving sales and managing flagship or multi-store operations.
• Strong knowledge of premium visual merchandising and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling and service standards.
• Plan staffing and rosters with retail colleagues around trading needs.
• Drive sales by reviewing conversion, average transaction value and team productivity.
• Turn sales results and customer feedback into improvements in store performance.
• Maintain product presentation, displays and store layouts.
• Coordinate with marketing on promotions and in-store events.
• Recruit, onboard and coach store employees for advancing responsibility.
• Support store openings and expansion while maintaining consistency.
